Terms and Conditions for Event Organizers
By creating an account on rigitiX, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the partnership between event organizers ("The Organizer") and CodeRigi Technologies Ltd ("rigitiX") for the use of rigitiX’s online ticketing and event management platform. By signing up, you acknowledge and accept these terms as legally binding.
2. Purpose
rigitiX provides a seamless digital ticketing solution for event organizers, facilitating ticket sales, bookings, reservations, automated email communications, attendee management, and event check-ins.
3. Responsibilities of the Parties
3.1 Responsibilities of The Organizer
- The Organizer is responsible for planning, funding, strategizing, organizing, and executing their event, including securing sponsorships, inviting performers, handling public relations, and general event logistics.
- The Organizer agrees to use rigitiX exclusively for ticket sales and event access management.
- The Organizer may promote rigitiX by displaying its branding in event campaigns, on-screen displays, backdrops, and other promotional materials.
- The Organizer must provide necessary resources at the event venue, including power supply, tables, chairs, and check-in points for effective service delivery.
3.2 Responsibilities of rigitiX
- rigitiX will provide an online platform for ticket sales, attendee management, and event check-ins.
- rigitiX will process all ticket payments and facilitate payouts to the Organizer.
- rigitiX will send automated email communications to attendees before and after the event.
- rigitiX will provide technical support and an on-ground team at the event venue for attendee check-ins and ticket validation.
4. Service Charges and Payouts
- rigitiX shall deduct 10% of the total ticket sales as a service charge.
- Payouts to the Organizer will be processed after the event, subject to the deduction of the service charge.
- If the event is canceled by the Organizer, rigitiX retains 10% of the total ticket sales at the time of cancellation as its service charge.
5. Intellectual Property and Data Protection
- rigitiX retains exclusive ownership of its ticketing software and intellectual property.
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information shared during the partnership.
- Confidential information does not include publicly available information or data disclosed by a third party with legal rights to do so.
6. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be addressed through good faith discussions.
- If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation through a recognized mediation center.
- If mediation is unsuccessful, the matter shall be settled through arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration laws, with proceedings conducted in the agreed jurisdiction.
7. Notices and Communication
All official communication, including notices and updates, shall be sent via email, chat platforms, or written correspondence.
8. Work Ethics and Expectations
Both parties must maintain professional behavior throughout the partnership. Collaboration between parties should promote a seamless and efficient event experience.
9. Termination
- This agreement remains in effect until the event is concluded and payouts are processed.
- If an event is canceled, the applicable service charge still applies.
- rigitiX reserves the right to terminate an Organizer’s account for any violation of these terms.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the full agreement between the Organizer and rigitiX, superseding any prior arrangements. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
